Nothing particular wrong with the shirts, but the design and snug fit of the shorts has to be open to scrutiny, Charlie Nicholas seemed to like them though!

The USA celebrated hosting the World Cup by sporting one of the worst kits ever. The manufacturers obviously wanted to incorporate the stars and stripes but got it completely wrong.

The memorable sleeveless kit never actually made it to the World Cup Finals after FIFA banned it. It looked more at home on an athletics track or basketball court than a football pitch.

What's wrong with this picture? England didn't actually reach the World Cup in 1994. Maybe it was because of the awful blue third kit which emphasized the Three Lions and lack of British fashion sense.

The Mexican goalkeeper jersey, sported by Jorge Campos, gained plenty of attention due to its horrible design and unnecessarily bright multi coloured appearance.

Not only do England fans have nightmares about being eliminated by the Germans in 1990, the pastel green shaded shirts aren't exactly easy on the eye either.

Four years after their awful goalkeeper shirt, the Mexico kit curse struck again when the outfield kit actually had a weird looking face on the front. Has to be seen to be believed.

The blue third kits are long gone and no surprise with two of them reaching this top ten list. It may have been 1990 by the time this kit was worn but it clearly had a strong 80s influence.

This kit simply looked extremely budget. Perhaps with that sort of design they stole it off some badminton players?
