England may have the option of resting a couple of players against Slovenia as qualification should already be assured. Players like Wayne Rooney, Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard hate to be rested though so expect possible changes to be on the wings or Wayne Rooney's strike partner.
England have probably already guaranteed themselves a place in the World Cup Second Round by the time this game comes around and whilst one or two players with knocks may not be risked England still will want to guarantee top spot.
Bear in mind England may want to rest players once victory is assured so backing a high winning scoreline is not advisable.
Slovenia are by no means a bad side but they were beaten by England less than a year ago despite England not playing particularly well. Even then the 2-1 scoreline probably flattered Slovenia so England should win this one.
Back England to beat Slovenia
England are unlikely to hammer Slovenia, between Slovenia being a half decent side and England taking their foot off the gas early this could be a narrow win so there could be some value in just backing England -1 to take the game, they should just about do it.
As previously stated, it is difficult to see England not taking it easy once or if they score a couple of goals and with Slovenia not looking too threatening from an attacking sense this game should finish under 2.5 goals, just about. Eighteen goals from Slovenia in qualifying isn't that impressive, especially considering eight of those were scored in two matches against San Marino and they failed to score in four of their matches so England should get a clean sheet.

Wayne Rooney's skill and goal threat could be too much for Slovenia and he is fancied to stake a claim for the World Cup Golden Boot by bagging two goals in this game. He certainly appeals as a bet to score first against Slovenia.
Back Wayne Rooney to score the first goal in England v Slovenia
With ten out of twelve clean sheets at half time in qualifying it looks as though Slovenia keep things extremely tight until half time at least so England's goal may have to wait until the second half. This is a very strong stat and should not be ignored, back the game to be a draw at half time and England to gain victory by full time.
Back Draw/England
Although we think this game will be only just under 2.5 goals, it should prove a good bet as it is easier to see fewer than two goals rather than more than two goals.
